SNPC Visit the Glasgow Women’s Library
Please join the Students and New Professionals Community for their special behind-the-scenes tour of Glasgow Women’s Library. Located in the East end of the city, a few minutes walk from Bridgeton Station, this beautiful building is the only accredited library and museum dedicated to women’s history in the UK! It’s a chance to see the inner workings of the library and museum archive, and is a great introduction to Glasgow’s history for any new arrivals, library and information students should not miss out.
The tour starts at 3pm on Friday the 29th of November, and members of our wonderful & dedicated SNPC committee will be on site to greet you. You can see more about the group, and their members by clicking here!
If you have any questions or accessibility requirements please email leah.higgins@cilips.org.uk in advance.
