Governance

CILIP in Scotland (formerly Scottish Library Association) was set up in 1908 and affiliated with CILIP (Library Association) in 1931, retaining our own constitution and separate governance arrangements.   We represent and act as the professional body for people in Scotland working in library and information services.

We are based in Glasgow city centre and registered with OSCR as a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO)
