Campaigning for School Librarians in the Scottish Borders

At the end of 2018, campaigners in the Scottish Borders sought to reinstate school librarians by going on a tour of secondary schools. Parents, pupils, and staff signed postcards that will be sent to the local authority to protest the replacement of three secondary school librarians with volunteers, pupils, and self service machines by the Scottish Borders Council.
