What branch am I in?
The remit of each branch is to contribute to the formulation of CILIPS policy, act as a link between CILIPS staff and Board and the membership, stimulate wider involvement of members and students by organising professional and social events and disseminating information on branch activities.
Each branch has a committee that plans and manages the branch activities. Why not consider joining your branch’s committee? You can read more about volunteering on a committee and the benefits it can bring here. If you’re interested in becoming more involved with your regional branch contact then you can email the Chair, Secretary or Branch email which you will find here. Alternatively, get in touch with us at admin@cilips.org.uk and we will be happy to advise further.
The branch you are a member of is determined by postcode. Using your CILIP Membership details we use your address to determine your branch. However, if you work in a different geographical area from your home you may wish to inform us that your branch is different. You can do this by e mailing admin@cilips.org.uk.
